Our Story

Born From a
Family Table
in Tamarac

La Milagrosa didn't appear overnight. It grew from a kitchen where recipes were passed down like heirlooms — where the smell of caramelizing sugar and toasted almonds was the neighborhood's unofficial welcome mat.

Today, we still hand-fold every empanada, laminate every croissant at dawn, and grind our coffee beans the old way: in small batches, with attention. We're not a chain. We're not trying to be. We're the bakery your neighbors recommend, the one you drive past and suddenly remember you need to stop at.

What We Make

From Our Oven
to Your Table

Every item on our counter has a story — and most of them start at 4:30 AM.

Golden, flaky croissants stacked on a marble surface, dusted with powdered sugar

Artisan Pastries

Butter-laminated croissants, flaky quesitos, and seasonal fruit tarts — each one folded by hand, baked to a shatteringly crisp finish.

Rustic sourdough loaves with deep scoring patterns cooling on a wooden rack

Lean & Levain Breads

Country loaves, whole wheat, olive rosemary — slow-fermented and baked on stone. No shortcuts, no preservatives, just flour, water, salt, and time.

Barista pouring latte art into a ceramic cup beside a freshly brewed pour-over

Specialty Coffee

Single-origin pour-overs, velvety cortados, and signature horchata lattes — roasted locally and pulled with precision every shift.

Golden empanadas arranged on a woven platter with a side of ají sauce

Latin American Classics

Empanadas, tres leches cake, churros, and buñuelos — recipes carried forward from family kitchens and reimagined with local ingredients.

"The bread here changed the way I think about breakfast. I drive 20 minutes out of my way — every Saturday — and I don't feel bad about it once."
